How do I connect my iPhone with a Mac? On the Mac, the ScanAndSend Receiver App for Mac must be installed. Please ensure, that iPhone and Mac are connected to the same local network. Open the ScanAndSend App on your iPhone and tap on “Connection”. Enter the displayed connection code in the settings of the ScanAndSend Receiver App on the Mac. The connection between the iPhone and the Mac will be established.
The connection to the Mac does not work. What can I do? Please ensure that the ScanAndSend Receiver is installed on your Mac and started. Check if the displayed connection code on the iPhone is the same as the one in the settings of the ScanAndSend Receiver App on the Mac. A further requirement is that both devices need to be connected to the same local network.
Which types of codes can be scanner? The following types of codes are supported: Aztec-Code; Code 128; Code 39; Code 93; Datamatrix; EAN 8; EAN 13; PDF 417; PZN 7; PZN 8; QR
The code I want to scan is not being recognized. What can I do? To be recognized by ScanAndSend, the code should lie flat, should not be wrinkled, and should be evenly illuminated. If the code to be scanned is close to other codes, they must be covered so that ScanAndSend selects the correct code.
